A huge congratulations to Kevin Lee in 6th Class, who has come first in Ireland in the Credit Union Art Competition in his age category!
Representing Ballina Credit Union, Kevin Lee accepted his prize in Croke Park with his parents, Ms Ruane and Ms Casey on Sunday the 11th of February 2024.
Kevin Lee drew a very detailed picture of St. Muredach’s Cathedral in Ballina and the Moy river beat, where he enjoys fishing.
This year’s competition was called ‘My Community & Me’. It asked entrants to showcase their local communities through their artwork, detailing the people, places and feeling that makes our local communities special and unique.
We are all very proud of Kevin Lee on his fantastic achievement. Well done Kevin Lee!
